Monster Trucks Nitro 2 ($2.99 → Free, 44.7 MB): Bigger really is better, at least when it comes to side-scrolling racing games.

Take control of one of four powerful monster trucks and try to navigate the many massive obstacles in order to be the first to the finish line. You’re able to control the angle of your truck by tilting your device, and you can control the speed via a slider at the bottom of the screen. The game also includes 28 tracks with 3D environments, destructible objects, and online leaderboards.

You’re able to create multiple accounts so you can manage your wallet, bank account, and credit cards separately. Every transaction you make can include a category, note, and photo. You’re also able to create transaction templates to speed up recording recurring transactions. Money can be transferred between accounts as well. The app also 18 predefined categories with the ability to create your own, loads of different charts, budget bars for each category, the ability to schedule transactions, and the ability to export and backup your data.

Doughbot ($0.99 → Free, 4.4 MB): Never be without doughnuts again thanks to Doughbot.

No matter what type of doughnut you’re craving, Doughbot will help you find it. Its minimalist design instantly shows you the name of the nearest doughnut purveyor, how far away it is, and how to get there. You’re also able to read the latest Yelp reviews and view ratings, and call the shop if need be. If you end up with a result you’re not overly fond of, tap the list button in the top left corner to view all of the nearest shops in order of distance. A map view is also available.

goodEar Intervals – Ear Training ($0.99 → Free, 17.2 MB): Train your ear to identify intervals with this music app.

It will randomly generate an interval, and you must correctly play it back to earn points. If you didn’t catch it the first time around, you can play it again. The app is designed for all musicians, no matter if you’re a beginner or professional, since you can customize the experience to your level.

goodEar Intervals – Ear Training is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4.5-star rating with a total of 30 ratings.

Multiponk ($4.99 → Free, 47.4 MB): This is what you get when you mix pong and pinball.

The game includes a variety of single and multiplayer modes, but the general idea is to keep the ball from passing by your paddle. Just slide your finger across the screen to control your paddle’s direction. You’re able to steer the ball as well by bouncing it off of different sections of your paddle. The game includes a total of seven modes, 11 bonuses, four skins, and achievements and leaderboards via Game Center.

Shapes Memory Match! Shape Learning Game for Kids ($3.99 → Free, 22.5 MB): Your little one can learn to identify shapes and colors with this memory matching game.

Various amounts of cards will appear on the screen face down. Your child can tap on them to reveal what’s on the flip side. They must then find all of the matching pairs of shapes and colors to complete each game. When tapped on, your child is able to hear the object or color pronounced. The app also includes a Show Me mode where the cards are all face up, making it easier to play.
