ZooKazam ($0.99 → Free, 77.1 MB): A fun educational app that will bring creatures to life on your iDevice.

You must first print out one of the targets from the ZooKazam website, which can be accessed from the app itself. Then place it in your environment and tap on an animal to select it. When you point your iDevice’s camera at the printed target, an animal will come to life in 3-D. The app includes 26 creatures to choose from, with detailed descriptions and fun facts for each one.

Sword of Phantasia ($19.99 → Free, 57.2 MB): Party up with friends and journey through the epic world of Sword of Phantasia in this role-playing game.

Choose your character and outfit them with a primary weapon, secondary weapon, and some armor. Then take on quests and fight your way through endless waves of monsters to build up your experience points. After you slay your enemies, upgrade your character with your newly acquired experience points and any loot you were able to pick up. Massive bosses will also appear at random, and you can join forces with your friends to take them down as a group. The game includes 20 classes with over 100 different skills, the ability to forge gear, and the ability to team up with up to 20 players simultaneously to defeat bosses. All new players will receive a rare potions bundle today that normally costs $20 or takes an eternity to obtain.

Werds – Add words to pictures ($0.99 → Free, 7.7 MB): Quickly add words to your photos with this easy to use photography app.

You’re able to import any photo from your library or take a new one from within the app. Then tap the words in the middle of the screen to add your own custom message and align your text. You’re able to choose one of the 15 different fonts by tapping the Werds icon. You can then adjust the size of the text and choose one of the 18 colors. Your final creations can be shared via AirDrop, Messages, Facebook, Twitter, or email.

Caravaggio ($0.99 → Free, 84.4 MB): Browse through a virtual gallery of Caravaggio’s work with this lifestyle app.

Upon first launch the app will need a moment to generate thumbnails for the hundreds upon hundreds of included pieces of art. It’s totally worth the wait. You can then swipe through the scrolling list of thumbnails, search for specific works of art by keyword, or break them down by category. Each piece is presented in HD, allowing you to zoom way in without losing detail. The app also includes the ability to save and share artwork, links to videos, and a brief biography.

Caravaggio is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4.5-star rating with a total of 14 ratings.

Week Agenda Ultimate ($0.99 → Free, 2.3 MB): Keep your schedule straight with this gesture-driven productivity app.

It displays all of the events on your calendar in weekly clumps. Just swipe to turn the page and view upcoming or preceding weeks. Create new events by tapping and holding on a day, and edit events by tapping on their titles. You can also tap on a day’s title to enter the daily calendar view. The app includes the ability to jump ahead months and years with two and three finger swipes, and jump back to the current week with a long press on the top of the page.

Week Agenda Ultimate is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4-star rating with a total of 165 ratings.

World Recipes – Cook World Gourmet ($3.99 → Free, 53.4 MB): Discover new recipes from all over the world with this lifestyle app.

It includes recipes from a wide variety of countries and cultures including American, Indian, Mexican, Chinese, Caribbean, French, Greek, Italian, and Japanese. Each recipe details where it’s from, the ingredients needed, and directions and tips on how to prepare it. The app also includes search, the ability to save your favorite dishes, and a built-in shopping list.

World Recipes – Cook World Gourmet is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4.5-star rating with a total of 79 ratings.

Deadlings ($1.99 → Free, 87.2 MB): Perform tricky experiments with an army of zombie minions in this strategic platformer.

Death is pretty lonely these days. He has zero friends on his FaceTome account and is not feeling very good about it. To right this wrong, he begins “Project Deadlings.” This project has him training a massive army of minions in order to complete crazy experiments laid out in his new factory laboratory. It’s your job to choose the right type of cute zombie to put through the obstacle course and ensure he makes it to the very end. You’re able to control the four different zombies with just a tap to guide them around all of the wacky obstacles. The game includes four worlds, 100 levels, and achievements and leaderboards via Game Center.

Pick your fighter and jump into the ring. Real Boxing’s intuitive controls allow you to feel as if you’re really boxing.
