It automatically scans for running services, and allows you to email the results. You can also manually ping hosts. The app works over Wi-Fi, 3G, EDGE, and GPRS.

Nice Trace – traceroute ($1.99 → Free, 4.2 MB): A network utility app that allows you to trace the route to a host to discover any possible bottlenecks.
