Upon first launch, Hour Journal will ask you a few questions about yourself and your daily activities to help streamline the process in the future. You must then record the time spent on your activities at least once each day. After enough data is collected, you’ll be able to see the average amount of time spent on each activity and where you can allocate more time. The app includes the ability to edit and create activities, daily reminders, and goals to achieve.
